With 7 en-suite bedrooms Ajabu House can accommodate large families, groups of friends or groups of work colleagues.

The Master Bedroom

A large spacious en-suite room (with an antique bath) with stunning views across to Lake Naivasha (where the Gilgil River and Malewa River meet), the Aberdare Mountain Range and Mount Longonot.

This room can (and did in the past) double up as a family room with the unique ‘bird’ room connected to it (via a door).  This room also has a double sofa bed which is very useful for small children.

The Bird Room

This double / twin room is en-suite and perfect for children with room bunk beds and one queen bed.  The ‘birds’ on the wall are unique and create a certain – je ne sais quoi!

This room is the very essence of the house’s history – the beautiful birds were painted by a family friend over 60 years ago and they were used to educate the children on East African birds.

Siriane Guest House

‘Siriane’ means peace which we guarantee you will find in this guesthouse nestled among the fig trees.  This was initially constructed by Italian Prisoners of War during the mid1930’s.  There are 2 spacious rooms each with en-suite bathrooms, with views across the lake and its unique delta, plus exceptional views of Mount Longonot. One room is a double room and the other can be a double or a twin.

The Muse Guest House

This was the backbone of the house (offices, stables etc.) until 2014 when we converted this area to accommodation with three bedrooms. There is one family room with a shared bathroom (double bed in the parent section and in the children's section there is a bunk bed and a queen bed). The red room has option for double or twin with en-suite bathroom. The blue room has a single bed (it can be two singles on request) and an en-suite. The Muse is a perfect addition to Ajabu House.
